Bianca’s Philosophy
Bianca Nagle is a Clinical Psychologist Registrar who supports people in exploring their thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a safe, non-judgemental space. She has worked across private practice, community mental health services, and outpatient clinics, helping individuals of all ages navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, physical health challenges, relationship stressors, work/study stressors, and life transitions. Bianca enjoys working with clients to uncover patterns in their lives, manage overwhelm, and develop practical strategies that make a meaningful difference day to day.
Her approach is collaborative and client-centred, drawing on evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Schema Therapy. Bianca focuses on helping clients build self-awareness, resilience, and confidence, while tailoring strategies to each person’s unique goals, strengths, and challenges.
Outside of therapy, Bianca enjoys exercising, going to the beach, seeing live music, cooking and baking, and spending quality time with friends and family.
